Close out the Keyboard allowing you to FINALLY get rid of that aggravating OSK!. “ Ease of Access Center” box may be visible, no problem, just close it out. Select “ OK” on the “ Options” box to close it out. Select “ Apply” then “ OK” (this will close out the box). If “ Use On-Screen Keyboard” is checked…. You will get a popup “ Options” box and at the bottom you will see a blue link “ Control whether the On-Screen Keyboard starts when I sign in” PRESS THAT LINK and another box will popup. At the bottom of the keyboard to your right you will see a key “ Options”, click that key. Previously I had closed out the On-screen Keyboard so when I pressed the “ Enter” key and the OSK will pop up. Click “ Run” and type in “ osk.exe” press “ Enter” key. Right click the window start button at the bottom left of your screen to bring up a menu. This setting is not selected, but a keyboard still appears when I start Windows. Now the On-Screen Keyboard should be enabled or disabled as desired. If this key doesn’t exist, you can create it. Open “ ShowTabletKeyboard” and set it to “ 1” to enable it. Hold down the Windows Key and press “ R” to bring up the “ Run” dialog. Set “ On-Screen Keyboard” to “ On” or “ Off” as desired. Select the keyboard near the time whenever you wish to use the touch keyboard. Right-click the taskbar, then select or deselect “ Show touch keyboard button“. Select the “ Start” button, type “ osk“, then press “ Enter“. Disabling the password has pros and cons of course, so be mindful that you’re taking a layer of security off your system and trading it in for convenience by doing this.Note: The On-Screen Keyboard and the Touch Keyboard are considered two different keyboards. Restart your system and you will see you no longer have to enter a password to start using it. Uncheck the ‘Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer’ and click Apply at the bottom. If you have several different accounts configured, choose the one that you would like to skip the whole login and password option for. The Run dialogue is the quickest way to open it. 
There are other ways to open this window you can use the Control Panel as well. Right-click the Start button and select the Run option. If you aren’t too bothered about securing your computer with a password, and are just plain annoyed with having to login in repeatedly, there is a simple way to disable it so that you can just dive right in and start using your PC. Unfortunately, that’s also the only thing preventing access to your PC. When you login to your system you have to enter the same password that could open your Hotmail/outlook email account, log you into Skype, and even buy apps from the Windows App Store. Your Windows PC, if you’re running Windows 8 or Windows 10, is tied to your Live account.
